The District Head of Tilden Fulani in Toro Local Government Area of Bauchi state, Alhaji Aliyu Tukur has charged all sons and daughters of the community within and outside to engage actively in community driven activities that will attract meaningful development.
Tukur gave the charge, weekend, while turbanig an illustrious daughter of the soil, Hajiya Rahina Aliyu as the first heroine(JARUMA) of the community in Toro Local Government Area of the state .
He said that the celebrant was appointed due to her contribution to community and human development activities.
He said that the council further recognized the celebrants commitments towards impacting of lifetime driven educative information that would improve the health well being of residents.
In his remark, the Guest Speaker at the occasion Alhaji Maigari Khanna,the emir of Katabarwa,acknowledged the commitment of the newly turbaned heroine.
He urged her to take up the responsibility and trust bestowed upon her by the council.
In their various contributions, Mr Ahmed Mohammed, and Hajiya Hajara Yahya both friends to the celebrant said that the celebrant was a hardworking personality ,adding that “being a female title holder needs her to vibrant to the council.
While appreciating the gathering, Hajiya Rahina Aliyu explained that the title symbolizes braveness as such appreciated the council for entrusting such obligation and space to contribute to the council.
Until the turbaning of the celebrant, Aliyu was the Bauchi state health educator and also member state social mobilization committee.
