Niger police arrest 4 suspected hoodlums in Niger

The Niger State Police Command has arrested four suspected hoodlums terrorizing Paikoro Local Government Area of the state.
Investigation revealed that the suspects robbed one Jamilu Isah and others of their motorcycles in Tunga Goro in Chanchaga Local Government Area of Minna and ran to Paikoro local government council to sell them.
It further revealed they were they were said to have inflicting injuries on Isah and others before dispossessing them of their motorcycles valued over N260,000 each.
The suspected criminals are Isah Garba, 27, of Zuba Abuja, Abdullahi Usman, 35, of Pina Village Paiko, Tasiu Abubakar, 30, of Talata Marafa Zamfara state and Sani Haruna, 35 , were trailed and arrested by police operatives .
The command’s Public Relations Officer, Muhammad Abubakar, disclosed yesterday saying that the operatives recovered from the suspects two Bajaj motorcycles .
He said that the hoodlums used Shovels and other dangerous weapon to inflict injuries on the victims before snatching their motorcycles.
According to him, during the investigation, they all confessed to have committed the crime and begged for forgiveness .
Abubakar added that the victims were rushed to Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida Specialist Hospital for treatment.
