Bauchi State Government has reiterated its commitment to reposition its media outfit by providing them with modern equipment and other working tools to ensure service delivery.
The State Commissioner for Information, Culture and Tourism, Alhaji Umar Ibrahim Sade stated this yesterday in Bauchi when he inaugurated the Board Chairman and members of the Bauchi Radio Corporation BRC.
He said that, the present administration has mapped out plans to reposition the activities of its media outfits, through the provision of functional facilities.
Alhaji Umar Sade called for working synergy between the Board and the management of the corporation towards improving its services being rendered to the public.
The Managing Director of the Corporation, Hajiya Jummai Liman Bello advised the government to provide them with modern functional facilities in the Bauchi Radio Corporation for effective service delivery.
Hajiya Jummai said when provided, the equipment will alleviate some of the challenges undermining the smooth operations of the Radio station.
Speaking, the Chairman Board of Directors of the Bauchi Radio Corporation Alhaji Shehu Usman promised to work towards assisting the state government for effective information dissemination.
