According to him, the ongoing assessment tour to secondary schools in the state is not meant to witch-hunt teachers but to encourage them to always be punctual and dedicated to their duty.
Mr. Maitaimaki who led the assessment tour to Alhudahuda College Zaria also said that the exercise is aimed at encouraging quality education at all secondary schools in the state.
“The assessment tour is being carried out simultaneously in the state with each Permanent member of the Board leading a team of the assessment exercise to various secondary schools,” he said.
In a separate remarks, other Board members, Ahmed Gidado and Muhammed Iliyasu emphasized on the need for team work and commitment to work amongst all teachers in the state.
