NCWS sues for peaceful coexistence in Kaduna, others

The National Council of Women’s Society( NCWS) Kaduna state has condemned the recent crisis in Kaduna state which left scores dead and others injured.
The President of the Council in Kaduna state, Mrs Deborah Dan Ishaya made the assertion while speaking to the media in Kaduna yesterday.
According to her, women as mothers and wives who are at the receiving end of the violence because some of them lost their husbands while others lost their children this is dishearten and stand condemnable.
She therefore appealed to all Kaduna state residents to eschew violent and live in peace and harmony saying no development can be archive amidst rancour.
She further called on parents to ensure that their children are brought up to respect the views and opinions others.
She expressed dismay that most of those who are responsible for the killings during the crisis are youth who are supposed to be leaders of tomorrow .
therefore urged the Youth to embrace Peace She advised Nigerians to remember that the two major religion in the country preaches love and peace and Religion leaders must harp on peaceful coexistence in the country.
Mrs Deborah Dan Ishaya expressed the council’s condolences to those who lost their love ones during the crisis and prayed for quick recovery of those in hospitals.
