NNPP promises council polls to Bauchi people

New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) in Bauchi State has pledged to conduct Local Government Councils Election within six months if elected into power.
The party’s gubernatorial candidate in the State, Ambassador Shuaibu Ahmed Adamu, gave the assurance when he addressed supporters of the party in Bauchi, where he said the move is to restore the lost dignity and independence of local government administration.
Ambassador Shuaibu Ahmad said he would declare zero tolerance for Corruption and efficient and transparent delivery of Public Services to reduce waste and improve effectiveness.
He said to ensure poverty reduction and job creation, if given the mandate, his administration would establish Farm training Centers in each of the three senatorial District of the state to facilitate access to among others, farming inputs and improvingcommodity exchange.
The NNPP gubernatorial candidate said the party would improve the healthcare status of the people ofthe state through providing preventive vaccinations, routine exercise proper Dieting, Hygiene and Sanitation.
He said to address thechallenges of out of school children, Education Enhancement Programme would belaunch aimed at revamping all physical infrastructure to ensure no child deniedquality education because of financial difficulties.
Ambassador Adamu alleged that, despite the huge financialsupport received by the present administration in the state, the State iscurrently faced with the greatest odds of excruciating poverty, highunemployment, overwhelming illiteracy while access to education and health is dwindling.
The NNPP gubernatorial candidate said the party would ensure Good Governance, Visionary Leadership andpolitics of inclusiveness that will reduce citizen’s frustration and alienation.
Ambassador Adamu solicited the support of the people ofthe state for the success of the Party during the forthcoming Generalelections, assured to meet their needs if given the opportunity.
