The Nasko/Ndayako Campaign Organization has said it has uncovered plans by the APC to use the judiciary to avert the impending victory of Nasko/Ndayako of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the gubernatorial contest.
This was contained in a press statement issued yesterday in Minna that was made available to the media by the Campaign Director, Communications, Yahaya Mohammed Usman.
According to him, “Having been unable to make any in-roads and unable to stop Umar Nasko from the contest which is the main reason for the suit in the first place, the APC led government has been mounting pressure on the judiciary to frustrate the campaigns of the Gubernatorial candidate”
“They sponsored EFCC to file a suit but they are in a hurry and cannot wait for the court proceedings to end at a logical conclusion.”
Usman alleged that “They sent moles into the PDP to contest the governorship to block the Umar Nasko chances of emerging as the party candidate, Nasko defeated them landslide including a former ambassador.
“Today, all of them who wanted the PDP ticket have gone back to their vomit in the APC. They are moles and the people know them, so they rejected them”, he said.
A clear case of judicial rascality, judicial summersault, abuse of process in a case co- sponsored by APC and EFCC who have assumed a department in APC to hunt down oppositions, is the case filed against Former Governor Aliyu and Umar Nasko as defendants, in the last sitting where EFCC refused with no reason to attend court sitting, after due consultation the case was adjourned till the 6th and 7th of March 2019.
