The Management of Zaranda Hotel has explained that the Bauchi State Governor Senator Bala Mohammed Abdulkadir has assured them of government support to the oldest historic Bauchi famous Zaranda Hotel from its present predicaments.
General Manager of the Hotel Hajiya Hajara sani Abubakar stated this in Bauchi yesterday when she interacted with reporters.
She said, “ we have made a presentation to the governor during ministerial briefing where he listened to us we told him about our problems and he pledge to come in to help us even though its inherited problems from the previous administration.”
Hajara commended the governor for the giant stride he made during the his first 100 days in office that change the narratives of Bauchi, and hope that the governor will pay attention to the Zaranda Hotel community like other parts of the State.
She thanked the governor for ejecting two political thugs that refused to leave their rooms from the hotel which help them to sanitize the Hotel and makes it more befitting secured and accommodating to guest and important visitors.
The General Manager commended the state government for intervening that saved the hotel from being sealed by the Board of Internal Revenue and asked the government to release all funds due to the hotel that were not released by the previous administration to enable them improve on their services and solve the lingering problems faced by their workers.
Hajara commended the workers of the hotel for their patience hardworking understanding and resilience towards the success of the organisation.
