Chelsea prepare €210 million Neymar bid

Chelsea are reportedly preparing a mammoth offer of over €210 million to land Brazil and Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar Jr.
The former Barcelona man’s future at the Paris club is still uncertain, following his failed move in the summer.
The Spanish giants were close to re-signing the attacker, but the deal fell through in the last days of the transfer window, and still retain an interest in his services.
However, according to Don Balon, the Blues are interested in taking him to Stamford Bridge, as they look to replace Eden Hazard, who left in the summer for Real Madrid.
