Squadron Leader Nuhu B. Daudu has emerged President of the Federation of Agricultural Commodity Association of Nigeria (FACAN).
He beat two other contestants, Alhaji Bello Sani Abubakar (Tafidan Kachia) and Honourable Mikah Sule who finished second and third respectively at the keenly contested election.
The election was held after three failed attempts, in conjunction with the Federal Ministry of Trade and Investment, the recognised body to conduct an election and oversee the affairs of all commodity associations.
The successfully organised election now sees Hon. Mika Sule the deputy President and Alh Bello Sani Abubakar emerged as the secretary of the association.
