After winning my first African title few years ago, I told God that I want to set a record to be one of the most successful women wrestlers in Nigeria and Africa as well as eventually winning a medal for my country at the Olympic.
Oborududu revealed that when she gained admission into the university, mixing education and sports was not easy.
The captain of Nigeria women wrestling team said, “I must tell you that it was not easy during my first year engaging in sporting activities (most especially an elite athlete) and education.
I would have to read for test and examinations before going into extensive training, embarking on programs and attending several international tournaments but all these became part of me as times went.
“Few weeks ago, I graduated from Niger Delta University where I studied Business Administration. I feel so excited and giving God the glory for making this possible for me; it has not been easy”.
