Covid-19: Adamawa CAN Chairman healed from virus urges Nigerians to observe rules

The Chairman of the Adamawa state Christians Association of Nigeria,CAN,Bishop Dami Mamza has recovered from the corona virus affection after two weeks of medical treatment at the COVID 19 Isolation centre in Yola.
Bishop Mamza made the disclosure at a press conference in Yola weekend stressing that his experience of the disease is a clear testimony that people should believe that COVID 19 is real and no respecter of one’s social or spiritual status in the society.
“I want to advise the general public that corona virus is real and there is need for the public to take precautionary measures especially the protocols like putting of face masks,washing of hands with running water and maintaining social distance”.
He observed that the issue of the disease(COVID 19) is more of an over exaggerated situation to the extent of making people to be in a stage of fear that in some cases resulting in their untimely deaths.
“I personally feel that the effect of corona virus probably has been over exaggerated in Nigeria as a matter of fact .
“And I think the fear that has been instilled in to people is too much,it is not a death sentence and it is not probably as bad as people are talking about it.”
