The Chairman Council of Yoruba Traditional Obas and Chiefs Ambassador Muhammad Arigbagbowo has called on the Federal Government to adequately remunerates serving security personnel to boost their moral.
The monarchs Made the Assertion while speaking to the media in kaduna yesterday.
According to him, the personnel are making sacrifices on behalf of the nation and their efforts should be rewarded.
The Royal Father added that some military personnel in the theatre of war have not seen their loves one for the past six months because of their committed to the country and the only way to say thank you is a good pay package
He Commended the president Muhammadu Buhari led Administration for taking the welfare of the personnel as priority but said there is room for improvement.
Speaking on the recent fuel pump price hike he said the middlemen are responsible for the increased because of the removal of subsidy.
Ambassador Muhammad Arigbagowo however Said the country in the end will benefit from the deregulation of the oil sectors.
The Royal Father want the Government to monitor the Agricultural sector to ensure that those who benefited from the grants in the sectors use it for that purpose.
