Bandits Kidnap sister of Mortgage bank MD in Katsina

Armed bandits has kidnapped, Hajiya Asiya Dangiwa, the younger sister of the Managing Director of Federal Mortgage Bank, Alhaji Ahmed Musa Dangiwa.

The Bandits kidnapped their victim in Kankia Town of Katsina State on early hours of Wednesday morning at about 1:00pm.
A family source said that the bandits entered the matrimonial home of the victim where they met her husband and demanded for money from him.
The husband told the bandits that he had only N20,000 in his pocket and they collected the money and decided to go with his wife, alleging that her brother is seating on million of Naira in Mortgage Bank.
According to the source, the bandits have not put any ransom demand to the family since the abduction of the woman.
The source said that the family had been directed to intensify, prayers for the safe release of the victim.
SP Gambo Isah, the spokesman of Katsina State police Command confirmed the incident.
Isah said that the Police are intensifying effort to track down the hoodlums and rescue the victim.
