The Kaduna State Urban Development and Planning Authority (KASUPDA), said the building housing the advertised Kaduna sex party had ‘neither a valid title nor development permit,’ apart from the violation of COVID-19 protocols.
KASUPDA Director-General Ismail Umaru Dikko disclosed this during a press conference held in kaduna yesterday.
The Asher Lounge in Sabin Tasha Chikun Local Government Area of the State was demolished on December 31, 2020 following plans to host a so-called ‘Kaduna Sex Party’ on New Year’s Eve.
