Yobe police to disburse burial expenses of late heroes

Yobe state Police command said it has finalized arrangements for the payment of burial expenses of Police officers who died while in service from 2013 to 2014.
The Police Public Relations Officer for the command, ASP Dungus Abdulkarem,stated this in a press release made available to Peoples Daily in Damaturu, the state capital.
He therefore called on the affected families to report to the Mechanized Salary Section of the command in Damaturu for verification and payment while next of kin are to come along with all relevant documents.
“Meanwhile, the command regrets the delay and enjoins the families to be understanding,” Dungus stated.
