COVID -19: Nigerians records 2000 deaths

The Director General of National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), Dr. Chikwe Ihekweazu said Nigeria recorded 2000 deaths since the beginning of covid-19.
He added that 164 thousands cases were treated.
Delivery his remarke recently at the commissioning of 11 health facilities projects built by the management of the Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Birnin-Kebbi, with a charge to FMC across the country to operate closely with their host communities.
The DG who was represented by his Director Health Emergency, Dr. John Oladele stated that before the start of pandemic, the disease control had notified the trends in transmission of covid-19.
