Kaduna State Governor, Mallam Nasir El Rufai has discribed the death of former Deputy Governor of the state Arc Barnabas Bantex as unfortunate.
He stated this in a statement he personally signed and made available to the media in kaduna yesterday.
El Rufai said he has lost a dear friend and partner in the service of Kaduna State.
