A group under the auspices of Save the Children International (SCI) has lamented that children, girls, and women are more vulnerable at times of attacks and displacement in the ongoing insecurity menace in the country.
This was contained in a statement by the acting country director of the group, Shannon Ward.
The statement signed by the Director of Advocacy and Campaign of the group, Amanuel Mamo said the sad incident has resulted in family separation and lack of basic social services.
The statement added that due to the situation, desperate measures were taken by people to survive.
