Federal and State Government in Nigeria have been advised to discard the habit of inviting  foreign engineers to supervise projects in the country, as there are enough competent and qualified Nigerian Engineers to do such.

Kaduna State Chairman of Nigerian Society of Engineers,(, NSE) Engr. Rachel Serumun stated this during the end-of-year get-together celebration of the Institute held yesterday, in Kaduna.

According to him, the practice is a sad development, because Nigerian Engineers are Capable of doing whatever to develop the country.

Serumun observed that the Institute has been fighting the practice and taking their plight to  National Assemble and others stakeholders for redness.
