Senegal will win 2021 Africa Cup of Nations – Native doctor claims

As the countdown to the 33rd edition of Africa’s most populous football showpiece , the Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON in Cameroon on Sunday gathers momentum, a famous traditional doctor, in Senegal identified as Kahone, has “prophesied” that the Terenga Lions of Senegal will win the trophy in Cameroon

Kahone is not the only “spiritual” individuals that have made “prophecies” about which country would or would not win the tournament.

A famous Nigerian cleric, Primate Elijah Ayodele, the leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church in Lagos, Nigeria, had predicted that the Super Eagles of Nigeria will not win the AFCON but would qualify for 2022 FIFA Work Cup in Qatar.

The Senegalese native doctor said he saw it in dream that the 2019 AFCON finalists were crowned the champions of the 2021 AFCON and everybody were celebrating. 

Senegal lost the 2019 final to Algeria by 1-0 in Egypt and the have consolidated their pedigree ever since then

The West Africans have recently produced stars in the continent and they also have a “golden generation” capable of lifting the AFCON for the first time

Senegal are drawn in Group B at the 2021 AFCON in Cameroon along side Zimbabwe, Malawi and Guinea.

They will begin their campaign on Monday, January 10 against Zimbabwe, take on Guinea on 14 and round off their group preliminaries on 18th January with last group match against Malawi.
