Fintiri urges military to emulate past heroes

As Nigerians celebrate the 2022 Armed Forces Remembrance Day, Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa state has charged the serving soldiers and officers of the Military to emulate the foot steps of their fallen heroes.

Governor Fintiri gave the charge in Yola weekend, during the Armed forces Remembrance Day.

He applauded the contributions of the gallant troops  for keeping the nation as one entity despite series of challenges.

Fintiri while urging the military and other security agencies to maintain the tempo in ensuring peace in the country, stated that the “unity and peaceful coexistence of the country remains sacrosanct”.
