IBBUL mgt commiserates with students over bus fire

The Management of Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai said one of its commuter buses, Ashok Leyland conveying students was involved in a fire incident along Lokaja road.

This was contained in a press statement issued by the Institutions deputy registrar Information, Alhaji Baba Akote.

He said no life was  lost but that luggages were burnt.

According to him, the bus was conveying students to Kogi State University, Ayingba for Group H preliminaries of  Nigeria Universities Games (NUGA) when it went on flames between Egba and Muye in Lapai Local Government of Niger State.

The bus was conveying a number of students who escaped death, however the Management has commiserated with the students and wish them journey mercies back to the campus, as well as their various homes.
