From Ibrahim Sidi Muh’d, Gusau

Governor Bello Mohammed Matawalle of Zamfara State has distributed 260 assorted cars to all the traditional rulers in the state with a view to encourage their contributions in the fights against banditry, just as he commissioned ultra-modern headquaters of the State Council of Ulama in the state.

The distribution of the donated vehicles and commissioning of the Ulama headquarters was performed by the Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar III at the Government House in Gusau on Wednesday, expressing his gratitude on welfare upon the two important institutions which still remain the thread that linked the society together.
