2023 elections: APC vows to fill lacuna across Northwest zone

The All Progressives Congress (APC) north-west zone has reaffirmed its commitment towards ensuring formidable reconciliation and unity especially for those thought were offended by the procedures of making the party amongst its teeming members in all the states in the zone.

This was contained in a statement which was made available to Journalists in Gusau by the party Publicity Secretary of the northwest zone, Musa Mailafiya Mada, saying, “taking steps towards strengthening the popularity of the party through creating environment for reconciliation that will drive for formidable unity was the topmost issue of the party.”

It further disclosed that, the decision had been reached during a meeting of the northwest officials of the party which was presided over by the national Vice Chairman in charge of the zone, honourable Salihu Mohammed Lukman at the zonal secretariat in Kaduna state.

The national Vice Chairman stated that, taking into cognisance of the Nigeria political history, the northwest has been known in producing majority votes that determines who become the President of Nigeria in all the democratic elections that took place in this country since the beginning of the process.
