Ravaged Bonta community in Konshisha local government area of Benue State at the weekend received succour as Victim Support Fund, VSF, donated medical equipment to the only primary health care center in the area.
It would be recalled that Bonta came under heavy attack following the killing of soldiers in 2021.
Many houses and property were destroyed while several persons were displaced.
Amongst some of the medical items distributed include; different types of drugs for various ailments, wheel chairs, stretchers as well as 2.5 Powered Inverter.
Making the donation, Chairperson VSF Benue State Emergency Support Program Mrs. Toyosi Akere-Ogunsiji explained that she was moved to select some primary health care centers in the state for the gesture based on the experience she had in Daudu, Guma local government area.
