The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), Kano Zone, has called for the cancellation of the ongoing second-term examinations by the Kaduna State University, (KASU) and threatens to petition relevant authorities for gross violations of examination conduct.

The Kano Zone chapter of the union made the call in a press statement signed by the ASUU Zonal Coordinator, Kano Zone, Comrade Abdulkadir Muhammad, and made available to Journalists in Kaduna yesterday.

According to Abdulkadir, “ASUU is not delighted in delaying academic activities or encouraging late graduation of students. But this is a worthy fight aimed at improving the standard of university education.
