• Governors, NWC, BoT members, others on board

Peoples Democratic Party, PDP,  Governors, Senators, National Working Committee, NWC, and Board of Trustees members, among other stakeholders, will today gather at the Ranchers Bees Stadium, Kaduna, in continuation of the party’s presidential campaign rally.

Others including PDP House of Representatives members, Governorship candidates, former Governors, officials from State chapters as well as former Ministers will equally be present at the rally in Kaduna.

This was contained in a statement yesterday by the Governor of Sokoto State and Director-General of PDP Presidential Campaign Organization, 

Rt Hon. Aminu Waziri Tambuwal.

The PDP presidential campaign rally is billed for 10am.

The PDP presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and his running mate, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa will also be in attendance.

The statement my Tambuwal, reads, “This is to cordially invite all elected PDP Governors, Members of National Working Committee, Candidates of our Great Party, the PDP; NASS Members, NEC Members, BOT, State Chapters, Former Governors, BOT, NASS, and NWC Members, Former Ministers, and Stakeholders to the KADUNA State Presidential Campaign rally as scheduled below: Date:: Monday 17th October, 2022. Venue: Ranchers Bees Stadium, Kaduna, Kaduna State.

“Please endeavor to attend and participate as we join hands with our Presidential Candidate, H.E. Atiku Abubakar, GCON, (Waziri Adamawa) and Vice presidential candidate   H. E Senator Dr Ifeanyi Okowa,  CON, to Rescue Nigeria.

It will be recalled that the PDP presidential campaign rally was flagged off in Uyo, the Akwa Ibom State capital on Monday 10th October, this year.

The well attended Uyo rally was attended by Atiku, Okowa, many of the PDP Governors serving and former, four former Senate Presidents under the party’s administration and several others.

The rally was however boycotted by the Governor of Rivers State, Mr Nyeson Wike and other members of his group.
