The new vice chancellor federal university of technology, Minna Professor Faruk Adamu Kuta has assured to sustained and improve developmental strides of his predecessors.
Professor Kuta spoke at his inaugural speech as the 8th substantive Vice Chancellor of the university at the Gidan kwanu campus in Minna, Niger state.
He expressed concern that about 40 years existence as university, it is only able to accommodate 3,304 students out of 26,000 due to shortage of accommodation in the campus.
Professor Kuta said he will redouble efforts at improving the revenue drive through blocking of all leakages and wastages to augment whatever comes from the Federal Government for maximum benefit.
