The All Progressives Congress (APC) gubernatorial candidate in the just concluded election, Senator Emmanuel Bwacha has asked his supporters and party members to accept the reality of the latest developments in the interest of the state.
He made the call, Monday in a press statement issued to journalists in Jalingo, through the Director, Media and Publicity of his campaign council, Aaron Artimas.
Bwacha, who had earlier called the governor-elect to congratulate him on his election victory, told his political caucus and the APC State Executive Committee that he took the decision to congratulate Agbu in the interest of the peace and tranquillity of the state.
He reasoned that the state is in dire need of peace and unity “at this critical period of political experience,” hence his decision to congratulate him.
Bwacha was among the numerous candidates who jostled for the number one position of the state in last Saturday’s governorship election. He reasoned that the state is in dire need of peace and unity “at this critical period of political experience,” hence his decision to congratulate him.
