Niger youth group endorses Dr Bagana as Chief of Staff to Governor-elect

Youths under the auspices of Concerned Youths for Better Leadership (CYBEL) a Non Governmental Organization has unanimously endorsed Dr Murtala Muhammad Bagana as the Chief of Staff to the Niger state governor elect, Umar Mohammed Bago.
The endorsement was reached during the Youth Advocacy Initiative for the betterment of Niger state while considering the records of his attractive proficiency at the youth centre in Minna.
The Convener, Amb. Danjuma Usman Suleiman and Co- convener, Comrade Abubakar Mohammed enumerated some of the contributions of Dr Bagana in the health sector across the 25 local government areas of the state.
The group, therefore, affirmed that Chief of Staff is a very sensitive position that requires a very innovative, exposed, competent, intelligent, experienced and capable gentle man to deliver on the job.
While appealing to the incoming governor, Umar Mohammed Bago for his appointment, they described Dr Murtala Muhammad Bagana as an accomplished young technocrat who can influence rapid socio economic development and lure investors using his network chain of contacts.
The speakers reiterated that the incoming government in Niger state is going to be a youth administration but insisted in having 80% youths to occupy various positions to be appointed by the governor elect.
They lamented over the past use and dump of youths by the successive administrations and urged the All Progressives Congress (APC) Governor elect in Niger state, Umar Mohammed Bago to change the narrative.
The gathering further recommended to state government to nipped the activities of Yandaba and Sara Suka thugs in Minna and environs, to be proactive and strategic on the security challenges as well constituted interface committee with contractors on the ongoing contracts in the state.
