Teachers are special blessing from God to everyone. They are the ones who build a good nation and make the world a better place. A teacher teaches to tell the importance of a pen over that of sword, they are much esteemed in society as they elevate the living standards of people.
Teacher is a father of all because everyone will not become a bourgeoisie, prominent person, personality without the guidance of of teacher, especially the teacher who has been convergence of all these: knowledge, skills and experience are been advised to the students to know the important of education by teacher.
That’s why United Nations choose 5th October of the year annually as world teachers day, that has been the case since the first observation way back in 1994, because the important of teacher.
We’re facing a lot of challenges during our work and even our salary issues is another thing, as some individuals have bad statement on teachers, because we’re not generating huge amounts of money from our job.
If you Visit some Government primary and secondary schools today, it will come to your notice that, many students and teachers are suffering, the teachers suffers salary delays, sometimes their salaries are been delayed which is not supposed, coming down to the students, they suffer inadequate equipments for learning like chairs and desk, most of them sits on the floor just to acquire knowledge.
Teachers are important because they change lives, inspire dreams, and push the limits of humans potential. A teacher’s job is to nurture, teach, and raise children to become useful to society. Teachers’ role in the classroom, society, and the world at large has taken a different turn from what it is was back in the day.
