Gov Namadi submits list of commissioners nominees to Jigawa Assembly

The Jigawa state governor, Malam Umar Namadi has sent the names of 16 commissioners nominees to Jigawa state house of Assembly for screening.
This was contained in a statement issued and signed by the secretary to the state government, Alhaji Bala Ibrahim and made available to news men.
According to the statement, the nominees were Ibrahim Babangida Umar, Prof. Hannatu Sabo Muhammad, Dr. Muhammad Abdullahi Kainuwa and Aminu Kanta.
Others are Ahmed Garba MK, Ibrahim Garba Hannun Giwa, Dr. Lawan Yunusa Danzomo, Dr. Isah Yusuf Chamo and Sagir Musa Ahmed.
The list includes Hadiza Abdulwahab, Col. Muhammad Alhassan (rtd), Dr. Nura Ibrahim Dandoka Engr. Gambo Shu’aibu Mallam, Auwal Danladi Sankara Musa Adamu Aliyu and Muttaka Namadi.
“Governor Umar A. Namadi, in the letter, said that, the request for the confirmation of the nominees was in accordance with Section 192 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as amended” Ibrahim disclosed.
