Dangote Cement has stressed the importance of sustainability, high production and quality for growth.
Gboko Plant Director Mr. Lois Raj stated this at the commencement of five(5) days activities to mark the “Sustainability Week 2023” by the Dangote Group.
The theme of this year’s Week is “Sustainable Production and Consumption – The Dangote way”.
The Plant Director highlighted activities to celebrate the week to include; a visit to an orphanage home on Tuesday, a medical outreach on Wednesday at the Amua Primary school and a visit to the site of one of the roads undergoing rehabilitation by the company on Thursday.
He said Community projects and interventions to the host community by the company will be commissioned on Friday at the Amua Estate to bring the activities to a close.
