The Adamawa state police command has arrested a 45 years old man,Wawe Nokomari of Jabi village in Shelleng local government area for shooting and causing fatal injuries on his friend.
Reports from the area indicated that, Wawe believe to be a drunkard shot Ham Musa over a minor disagreement.
Spokesman of the Command, SP Suleiman Nguroje confirmed to the media that,the victim is alive and currently receiving treatment.
The suspect and father of 8 siblings is known with his drinking habit of local beer “burkutu”.
The report said he shot his friend, while working on his rice farm on the 7th November, 2023.
