Kaduna elders have condemned the negative reactions from mischievous people over the Tudun Biri Bomb mishap.
The co-chairman of the Elders Gen. Zamani Lekwot Rtd made this known during a condolences visit to commensurate with Kaduna state Government.
The Elders expressed dismay that some uninformed people are reacting to the Tudun Biri Bomb incident in a way that will stir negative reactions amongst the citizens.
He said such accidents happened across the globe and the military whose primary responsibility is to protect the lives and property of law-abiding citizens, will not turn around to do otherwise intentionally.
Speaking earlier the leader of the delegation Abubakar Mustapha assured Governor Uba Sani and the people of Kaduna state of their support praying for the response of the soul of those who lost their and quick recovery for those receiving medical attention.
He however called for a thorough investigation into the tragic incident of Tudun Biri adding that they will continue to rally support for the government and the people.
According to him, I am happy with the steps taken so far by the state and federal government to support the families of Tudun Biri incidents.
In his response, Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani, thanks the Kaduna elders for finding time to stand by him and the people of Tudun Biri and the entire citizens in this trying moment.
According to him, the president has already ordered an investigation with the hope that the results will be available soon.
He explains that such an incident happened about 16 times in different parts of the country and this is the first the military is owning up and taking responsibility.
Gov Sani informed the elders that some mischievous element is turning the incident into a political jamboree, but the govt has put up a residence.
He also pleaded with elders to always rally support for the government and the people for the betterment of the State.
Gov Sani said all that the people of Tudun Biri need is justice, and rebuild of their community.
