He said, “What makes a country great is not their natural resources, it is the kind of leaders they have and the aim of this conference is yo shift the minds of leaders to make policies that will positively affect Nigerians.

” If we can get them to make the right decisions, the market woman will be affected by that policy. If right policies are made, it will trickle down to those at the bottom of the ladder.”

He said a bad attitude is akin to a flat tire, “you can’t go anywhere until you change it. As a nation, Nigeria cannot achieve exponential progress without first changing our collective attitudes.”

He said, “Despite being endowed with abundant resources, Nigeria will continue to languish in underdevelopment unless we collectively embrace a positive mindset The true measure of a nation’s greatness lies not in its natural wealth or population size, but In the attitudes of its people and leaders.

“Consider Israel’s prominence despite its desert location, Singapore’s remarkable development despite initial disadvantages, and Dubai’s ascent as a global tourist hub despite its arid landscape.

“These examples underscore the transformative power of positive attitude in shaping a nation’s destiny The true game-changer is not maternal wealth, but the collective attitude of a society.”
