Nigerlites who have patients in IBB specialist hospital, Minna, have called on Niger State Government to rescue them from the bad behaviour of the Nurses and staff of the hospital.
Our reporter during his visit to the hospital in Minna ascertained that one of the parents, Galadima Sani, who lost his daughter in the early hours of Wednesday faulted the nonchalant attitudes of the Nurses, saying he will never forgive the management of the hospital for killing his daughter.
He further explained that after purchasing blood from the hospital, the nurses refused to administer the blood thereby causing the death of his seven years old daughter.
Another woman, Aisha Tanko in an interview appealed to Niger State Governor, Muhammad Umaru Bago, and the state commissioner for Secondary and Tertiary Health, Doctor Mohammed Tukur, to as a matter of urgency intervene by monitoring and paying unscheduled visit to the hospital to see things for themselves.
Aisha advised Nigerlites to always provide alternative way of getting assistance while bringing their patients to the hospital due to the nature of negligence.
