Bauchi State Governor Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed has expressed confidence that with the human capital in the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), “we have the capacity to resolve our differences and take over power from All Progressive Congress (APC) in 2027.
Governor Bala , who is the Chairman of PDP Governors’ Forum, said this yesterday when he received the Board of Trustees (BoT) of the party, led by its Chairman, Chief Adolphus Wabara, former President of the Senate in Bauchi.
He said the party can be repositioned to wrestle power from APC in 2027 despite its current crisis.
“The party has the capacity to deliver Nigeria from its current woes because the visits of this nature Is part of efforts to rebuild the party.”
He assured that the visits of the BOT and a delegation of the National Working Committee (NWC) to Bauchi was a source of encouragement.
“I am very optimistic of PDP reclaiming power in 2027 and I am encouraged by the visits of the BOT and the NWC, and the resolve of the governors to close ranks”.
