A petroleum marketer in Jalingo, A A Rano Oil Company on Monday announced a two Naira reduction in the pump prices of petroleum products to commemorate Ramadan.
The Taraba Station Manager of the Company, Alhaji Aminu Ahmed, told journalists in Jalingo that the reduction would be only during the period of Ramadan.
He said that a litre of petrol would sell for N95 within the period as against N97, while diesel would go for N158 per litre instead of N160 .
Ahmed said that the gesture had been an annual occurrence. He called on the general public to take advantage of the discount.(NAN)
