The Joint Action Congress, JAC, Union of the Federal Polytechnic Mubi has refuted allegations of maladministration and financial misconduct against the Chairman of the institution’s Governing council by a group of concerned citizens.
Addressing a press conference in Yola, the Adamawa state capital weekend, the Chairman of the Union (JAC), Comrade Tpl.Kadala Solomon Bandi dismissed the petition, describing it as “baseless and fact deficient written by a faceless group”.
Comrade Bandi who was flanked by other executive members of the Union said the entire Polytechnic community is disheartened with the development, stressing that, the three Unions in the Polytechnic including ; ASUP, SSANIP and NASU as critical stakeholders and the 11th Governing Council of the Institution have been collaborating effectively for the good and progress of the Polytechnic.
