An Adamawa state based philanthropist Alhaji Zayad Jakada Mubi has applauded the welfare support provided to people in Zamfara state by Governor Dauda Lawal Dare.
Jakada Mubi gave the commendation in an interview with this medium Tuesday stressing that, the financial intervention distributed to 44,000 beneficiaries under the state’s NG-CARES Cash transfer welfare scheme will go a long way to reducing the economic hardship in the country.
Jakada described Governor Dauda Dare as “God sent messiah to the people of Zamfara state”considering the laudable and people oriented programmes being implemented by his almost two years old administration in the state.
He advised the Zamfara citizens to support and cooperate with the new regime for more dividends of democracy observing that the state has never had it so well like now.
While urging the beneficiaries to make judicious use of the money received so as to be a source of empowering other members of the society in their own little ways especially at the grassroot, he opined that, the state needs to catch up with its counterparts in many areas.
