The Gombe state command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps NSCDC), has paraded 15 suspects that specialized in vandalizing copper wire.
The Commandant of the corps in Gombe state, Mr. Gyama Gyawiya disclosed this while briefing Journalists on Wednesday.
He said the arrest was made when personnels on patrol swung into action following a useful information that resulted to their arrest.
According to him, the command has made tremendous achievements in crime prevention in the state.
He added that those arrested are currently at NSCDC custody while some are at large.
He said the 15 suspects were arrested at different locations.
Speaking further, the commandant also lauded the personnels for their prompt action towards combating crime.
He said the command will not hesitate to protect lives and property of the people, saying that the command is fully ready to fight crimes.
