The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje, has condoled with the Governor of Katsina State, Malam Dikko Radda, over the death of his mother Hajiya Safarau’ Umar Baribari.
Ganduje in a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary Edwin Olofu, said her passing has left a profound void in the hearts of family, friends, and the entire people of Katsina State.
He extended his condolences to Governor Radda, the bereaved family, and the entire people of Katsina state during this try period.
The former governor of Kano state while acknowledging the invaluable contributions of the deceased also prayed for Almighty Allah (SWT) to grant her eternal rest in Jannatul Firdaus while giving the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
The APC National Chairman equally urged Governor Radda and all those affected to find solace in the cherished memories and legacy of the departed soul.
Ganduje reaffirmed the party’s support and solidarity with the government and people of Katsina State in this moment of grief.
“May Allah (SWT) grant the deceased Al-Jannah Firdaus. Ameen”, the statement concluded.
