The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Taraba State Chapter, has strongly condemned the recent attacks and killings in Munga Lalau and Munga Doso communities of Karim Lamido Local Government Area.

The organization expressed deep pain and alarm over the loss of innocent lives, injuries, and displacement of people in the affected communities.

CAN called for intensified action to arrest the perpetrators and restore order, while also appealing to all parties involved in the conflict to sheath their swords, lay down their arms, and embrace dialogue to achieve lasting peace.

The organization acknowledged the efforts of the Taraba State Government and security agencies but urged them to do more to guarantee the safety and security of all citizens.
