The Deputy Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Yobe State, Abba Mohammed (Abba Lala), has dismissed reports that the state chapter has collapsed into the newly formed ADC alliance.

Speaking to journalists in response to social media rumours—attributed to former Minister of Police Affairs and PDP stalwart, Adamu Maina Waziri- Lala insisted that the PDP remains intact and that recent defections have not weakened the party’s influence.

“Despite claims that only one person now belongs to the PDP in Yobe, our party structure remains fully operational.

“No decision has been made to dissolve or merge our chapter with any other political group.”  He said.
