The Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission (LASIEC) has declared the All Progressives Congress (APC) the winner of all 20 local government chairmanship positions in the LGA elections.
The party also secured all 37 local council development area (LCDA) chairmanship seats, consolidating its dominance across the state’s local government structures.
In addition to the chairmanship victories, the APC swept 375 councilor positions, leaving the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) with only a single councilor seat.
