Kaduna Bye Elections: Victory is not optional, but imperative -Uba Sani

Kaduna State Governor Senator Uba Sani has stated that  victory for the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, at the August 16 Chikun/Kajuru Federal Constituency, Basawa and Sabo  Gari State Assembly Bye-Elections  is not optional, but imperative

 He asserted this during the inauguration of the APC Campaign Committee for Chikun/Kajuru Federal Constituency, Basawa, and Sabon Gari State Assembly bye-elections held in Kaduna yesterday.

Uba Sani, who was represented by the Deputy Governor, Dr. Hadiza Balarabe emphasized the need for total commitment, strategic thinking, and unified action to secure victory in the forthcoming elections.

The  Governor charged the committee members to set aside sentiments and unite behind one shared goal: a clean sweep on August 16.

He emphasized that the party must come first, and the people they seek to represent must be prioritized.

Governor Sani also urged the committee to focus on selling the party’s ideals, track record of delivery, and vision for a Kaduna State where no one is left behind

He noted that the administration’s policies of fairness, equity, inclusiveness, and development, cut across every senatorial district, local government, and community.

 He said  he has governed with fairness and led by inclusion, making the APC a party worth supporting.

He encouraged the committee to spread the message of the APC’s good work and to remind the people of the power of political alignment.

He further charged the Committee to be fully committed to securing victory for the APC and the campaign should prioritize the needs and concerns of the people.

The campaign, according to him should focus on the party’s track record and vision for Kaduna State and must unite behind one shared goal: a clean sweep on August 16.

Chieftains of APC, who spoke during the inauguration tasked all members of the Party to put the party first because without the party there will be no reason to gather.

In his remarks, the Chairman of APC in Kaduna State, retired Air Commodore Emmanuel Jekada,  stressed that the members were carefully selected based on their track records and admonished them to stay focused to ensure Victory for the Party.

He assured them of support from the state leadership of the party saying everyone must be carried along.

Similarly, the Chairman of the Committee, who is also the Speaker of Kaduna State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Yusuf Liman promised that all hands will be on deck for the victory of the party at the bye elections.
