Senator Jibrin Isah (Echocho) has congratulated Vice President Kashim Shettima on his 59th birthday, describing him as a gentleman, patriot, and source of inspiration.
In a goodwill message on Tuesday day, the lawmaker praised Shettima’s passion for books and intellectual pursuits, noting that his depth of knowledge continues to shape his approach to governance and leadership.
“Your love for books is more than a pastime; it is a philosophy of life. You have shown us that the mind is the true citadel of power, that knowledge is the compass that guides leadership through the rough waters of politics and public service,” Echocho said.
He prayed for long life, renewed strength, and divine guidance for the Vice President, stressing that his humility and statesmanship remain exemplary for Nigerians, especially the younger generation.
“At 59, you remind us that leadership is not about the noise of power but about the quiet strength of character. May your path ahead be bathed in wisdom, guided by divine mercy, and crowned with enduring legacy,” he added.
Echocho further prayed that Shettima would continue to find wisdom, strength, and vision in his service to the nation alongside President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
