As the 2026 FCT Area Council elections draw nearer, the Chairmanship candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance
(APGA) in Gwagwalada Area council, Hon. Ezekiel Umar Biko, has tasked the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to conduct free, fair and credit elections.
He also charged the people of Gwagwalada to come out during the election to vote for the candidates of APGA in the area, saying that the leadership of the party would initiate people’s oriented projects.
Biko, who stated this while speaking to the media n his residence in Gwagwalada, however warned the candidates of other political parties in the area to shun campaign of calumny during their electioneering campaigns.
He pledged to focus on the rehabilitation of rural roads if elected in 2026 election, adding that he would not hesitate to arrest the security challenges facing the residents of Gwagwalada and its environs.
He, therefore, promised to establish industries/companies, so as to pave way for the socio-economic development of Gwagwalada Area Council.
